On Sat., Oct. 25th at 745am the Federalsburg Volunteers, along with Caroline County Department of Emergency Services PM11, were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision on the Federalsburg Bypass (Rt.313) near S. Main St. Units arrived to find a single vehicle into the guardrail. No patients were transported from the scene and units returned to service within 45min.

Later in the day, at 125pm, the Federalsburg Volunteers were dispatched to the area of American Corner Rd. and Auction Rd. for a reported brush fire. Units arrived to find a small area of grass and field on fire. The crews quickly extinguished the fire and returned to service within 15 min.

In the evening the Federalsburg Volunteers provided an Engine Standby Crew, along with Rescue Fire Company of Cambridge Tower 1, from 5pm - 10pm for the Easton Vol. Fire Dept. while they dedicated and celebrated the opening of their new training facility. The Engine and Tower crews was able to tour the new facility which will provide fire departments the opportunity to train on various emergency response senerios. On Tues., Oct. 21st at approx. 915pm the Federalsburg Volunteers, along with Preston Volunteer Fire Company (200) and Caroline County Department of Emergency Services, were alerted for a motor vehicle collision with rollover in the area of Laurel Grove Rd. and Idlewild Rd. Chief 1 arrived to find one vehicle on its side with the occupant still confined inside. Eng103 arrived and the crew began vehicle stabilization and patient extrication. Eng104 arrived soon after and assisted the crew of Eng103. The patient was extricated in a rapid fashion, at which point PM11 initiated patient care and transported to a local hospital.

On Tuesday, Oct. 7th the Federalsburg Volunteers were alerted to assist Eldorado Brookview VFC (Dorchester Co. Station 26) with a standing cornfield and woods fire in the 6200 block of Eldorado Federalsburg Rd. Units arrived to find 5 acres of field burning and extending into the nearby woods. Brush 110, Tanker 106 and Utility 100 responded and assisted with fire suppression activities.

On Sunday, October 5th, at 2100 hours, the Federalsburg Volunteers was alerted, along with Caroline County Department of Emergency Services PM11, for a motor vehicle collision in the 100 block of Bloomingdale Ave. With initial information received regarding multiple patients, the 911 Center dispatched additional EMS units, bringing Dorchester Emergency Services PM600 to the scene. Units arrived to find a 2-vehicle head-on collision. PM11 transported 2 patients to a local hospital for treatment. The remainder of the units returned to service in 90 minutes.

On Sunday, Oct. 5th, at 1726 hours, the Federalsburg Volunteers were alerted, along with Denton Volunteer Fire Company and Caroline County Department of Emergency Services, PM10, PM11, and PM13, for a motor vehicle accident involving an ATV in the 28300 block of Bloomery Rd. With initial information received by the 911 Center, Maryland State Police - Aviation Command Trooper #4 was started in addition to Trooper Medics by ground from the Trooper #6 hanger. The patient was transported by Trooper #4 to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma. Units cleared to the scene in approx. 1 hour.

Saturday Oct. 3rd @ 359pm the Federalsburg Volunteers were alerted, along with Preston VFC, for a brush fire on the Federalsburg Bypass in the area of the railroad tracks. At the time of dispatch, units were operating on a separate incident. Units clearing the previous incident arrived to find approx. 1/2 acre of brush on fire. The fire was extinguished and units returned to service within 1 hour.

On Saturday, Oct. 3rd, at 1555 hours the Federalsburg Volunteers was alerted, along with Bridgeville VFC and Caroline County Department of Emergency Medical Services PM10, PM11, PM12, for a motor vehicle collision with reported wires down on Houston Branch Rd @ Patricia Ct. Units arrived to find a pole and wires on top of the vehicle confining the operator inside. Delmarva Power was requested and once the power was secured the operator was removed from the vehicle and transported to a local hospital under the care of PM11. Units returned to service in approx. 1 hour.

On Saturday, September 13th, at 1257 hours the Federalsburg Volunteers, along with Caroline County Department of Emergency Services PM11, was alerted for a motor vehicle collision at Federalsburg Hwy & Laurel Grove Rd. Units arrived and found 2 vehicles involved w/ 4 patients complaining of various injuries. 2 additional medic units were requested and CCDES PM16 and Dorchester County EMS PM600 responded. All patients were transport to local hospitals by PM11 & DCEMS PM600. PM16 was not needed and returned to service. Units on the call: Eng103, Eng104, and Chief 1. Total Volunteers: 14. On Friday Sept 5th at 2100hrs the Federalsburg Volunteers, along with Caroline County Department of Emergency Services PM10 & PM11, were dispatched to Laurel Grove Rd. & Richardson Rd. for a motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle. PM11 transport the single occupant of the motorcycle to a local hospital w/ non-life-threatening injuries. Chief 1, E103, and E104 responded w/ a total of 14 Volunteers. Incident Commander: 2nd Asst. While operating on the first incidents, crews were dispatched @ 2121hrs, along with Dorchester County EMS PM200, to Guard Rd. @ Reliance Rd. for a motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle. DC PM200 transported the single occupant of the motorcycle to a local hospital w/ non-life-threatening injuries. Chief 1, Eng103, Eng104, and Utility 100 responded w/ a total of 16 Volunteers. Once units had returned to quarters crews were dispatched @ 2316hrs to assist Caroline County Department of Emergency Services PM11 w/ an unconscious patient. Personnel from the Engine Company assisted w/ patient care and returned to service in 30min. Eng103 responded w/ 5 Volunteers.
On Aug 29th @ 1513hrs the Federalsburg Volunteers, along with Caroline County Department of Emergency Services PM11, was dispatched to a motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle on Preston Rd cross street of American Corner Rd. Aviation was requested and Maryland State Police - Aviation Command Trooper 6 responded and transported the motorcycle occupant to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma. On Sunday, Aug 24th, at 0116 hrs. the Federalsburg Volunteers was dispatched, along with Caroline County Department of Emergency Services PM11, to the Federalsburg Bypass at the Traffic Circle for a motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle. Maryland State Police - Aviation Command Trooper #6 was requested and transported the patient to University of Maryland Shock Trauma. Chief 1 & E103 responded w/ a total of 7 Volunteers. On Wednesday, July 30th, At 15:00 Hours the Federalsburg Volunteers was dispatched, along with Preston Volunteer Fire Company, Hurlock Volunteer Fire Company, Bridgeville Volunteer Fire Company, Inc., and Caroline County Department of Emergency Services PM11 to the 28000 block of Bridgeville Rd for a reported structure fire. Chief 1 (Chief Steve Cox) arrived to find an irrigation pump building on fire. The crew of E104 arrived and made quick work of extinguishing the fire. Units returned to service in 30 min.

On Saturday, July 26th, at 10:00 hours the Federalsburg Volunteers responded to the 3800 block of Houston Branch Rd to establish a landing site for Maryland State Police - Aviation Command Trooper #4. Caroline County Department of Emergency Services PM11 had requested aviation for a pediatric traumatic injury. The patient was flown to a pediatric care facility for treatment. Units returned to service within 1 hour. Incident Commander: Chief Steve Cox #115.
On Saturday, July 12th, at 0504 hours, the Federalsburg Volunteers were dispatched to the 500 Block of West Central Avenue for a reported structure fire. E104 responded w/ 6 volunteers and arrived to find a single-family dwelling with fire showing from the rear. The crews made quick work of the fire and returned to service in just over 2 hours. Incident Commander: Asst. Chief Dana Edgell. Federalsburg VFC was assisted by Preston Volunteer Fire Company and Hurlock Volunteer Fire Company.
On June 29, 2025, Federalsburg Volunteer Fire Company responded to 404 and Greenwood Rd in Denton to a reported motorcycle accident. E103 made the response and assisted with the landing zone. Other companies on scene were Greensboro and Denton.
In the early hours of May 4, 2025, Federalsburg Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for the Tower to assist Denton for a house fire on Sharp Rd. Tower 1 made the response with 3 and assisted with overhaul apon arrival. Crews worked for approximately an hour and a half before returning to Federalsburg. Other companies on scene were Denton, Greensboro, and Ridgely.
On March 18, 2025 Federalsburg Volunteer Fire Company was alerted to assist Seaford with a house fire. E104 made the response with 5. Apon arrival E104 was sent to the roof to ventilate. Crews worked for approximately 1.5 hours before returning to service.
On February 16, 2025, Federalsburg Volunteer Fire Company responded to Reliance Rd in Federalsburg to a reported working chicken house fire, E104 and Officer 116 arrived on the scene to find a chicken house with heavy smoke showing, E104 crews pulled a 1''3/4 line and made a knock on the fire before the arrival of other units. Crews worked for approximately an hour and a half before returning to service. Other Companies on the scene, are Hurlock, Eldorado-Brookview, Preston, and Seaford volunteer fire companies.
On the early morning of February 2, 2025, Federalsburg Volunteer Fire Company assisted Seaford Fire Company with a working fire on Oak Grove Rd in Seaford. Other companies on scene were Blades, Hurlock, Eldorado-Brookview, Bridgeville, Volunteer fire companies and Sussex EMS. Crews worked for 2 hours before turning the scene over to Delaware State Fire Marshalls Office.
